Cyberduck is my favourite FTP client in Mac. Surely, a main reason is it’s free! And it keeps update and putting new features like supporting Amazon S3. And now they responses fast (3.3b2) to the 64-bit eva! 
You may find the app is still running in 32-bit. The trick is to uncheck the “32-bit mode” in the application info. Vice-versa, you force it to run in 32-bit. 
64-bit! yeah!
